Player Profile - Build the Person under the Player

A Personal Welcome from the Founder

Before you explore further, I’d like to briefly explain why Player Profile exists - and who it’s designed for.

Player Profile - App-based Program

So...What actually is Player Profile?

  • It's not extra football training.
  • It's not another academy.
  • It’s not motivational talks.
  • It’s not bootcamps.
  • And it doesn’t replace your child’s club.

Player Profile is a structured development system that builds the physical habits, mindset resilience and leadership behaviours young players need to thrive.

Each week, your child follows a personalised plan inside the Player Profile app - supported by qualified coaches and reinforced through monthly Development Labs here on the Central Coast.

We develop the person under the player.

Frequently asked questions

Is Player Profile extra football training?

No.

Player Profile is designed to support your child alongside their club football, not replace it.

Clubs focus on the team.
Player Profile focuses on the individual.

We develop the physical habits, mindset resilience and leadership behaviours that clubs don’t always have time to coach every week.

Think of it as the development layer that sits behind their football.

What does my child actually do each week?

Players follow a personalised weekly development plan inside the Player Profile app.

This includes:

  • Age-appropriate strength and movement guidance

  • Mindset micro-lessons focused on confidence and composure

  • Leadership and accountability challenges

  • Short activities that fit around school and football

The weekly workload is designed to be realistic and manageable for busy families.

What are the monthly Development Labs?

Each month, players attend a professionally run Player Profile Development Lab on the Central Coast.

These small-group sessions are where players apply what they’re learning in real environments.

Examples include:

  • Leadership and communication challenges

  • Movement and injury prevention sessions

  • Confidence and pressure simulations

  • Team-based resilience activities

These labs bring the digital program to life and give players real-world experience.

Where do the Development Labs take place?

Development Labs are run at selected locations across the Central Coast.

Exact locations and schedules are shared with Priority Queue families first before enrolments open.

Is Player Profile only for elite players?

No.

Player Profile is for committed players who want structured development, regardless of their current level.

If your child loves football and wants to improve their confidence, preparation and habits, they are the right fit.

Can my child receive personalised coaching support?

Yes.

Player Profile includes optional 1:1 coaching layers for families who would like additional personalised support.

Depending on the level of support you choose, players can access:

Weekly 1:1 virtual check-ins (30 mins)
Short accountability and progress sessions with a coach.

Weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions (60 mins)
Structured coaching focused on mindset, leadership and personal development.

Weekly 1:1 in-person training sessions (60 mins)
Individual physical development sessions delivered in a gym or outdoor setting, focused on strength, movement and injury-prevention.

These options allow families to tailor the level of support to suit their child’s goals and commitment level.

Full details are shared with Priority Queue families before enrolments open.

How much time does Player Profile require each week?

The program is designed to fit alongside school and club football.

Most weekly activities are short and flexible (between 15-45 minutes), and can be completed at home or in the gym.

The goal is consistency - not adding pressure to busy schedules.

Is this safe for growing athletes?

Yes.

Player Profile has been developed in collaboration with accredited and experienced Exercise Physiologists, High Performance Trainers and Leadership Mentors.

All physical preparation is:

  • Age-appropriate

  • Progression-based

  • Focused on injury prevention and movement quality

This is about building strong foundations - not heavy training.

How is Player Profile different from an academy?

Academies focus primarily on football skill, team performance and competitive pathways.

Player Profile focuses on the individual.

We develop:

  • Physical readiness during critical growth years

  • Confidence and emotional control under pressure

  • Leadership habits and personal standards

We do not replace club or academy training.

We strengthen the foundation behind it.

Football is the vehicle - but the goal is building stronger, more prepared young people.

Will parents be able to see progress?

Yes.

Player Profile is built around visible, structured development - not guesswork.

Parents have insight into:

  • What their child is working on each week

  • Physical readiness benchmarks and movement progress

  • Mindset and leadership focus areas

  • Development Lab participation

Progress isn’t just about fitness metrics - it’s about confidence under pressure, discipline in preparation and consistency in habits.

You won’t be left wondering if your child is improving. You’ll understand how and why.

What happens after I apply for Foundation Membership?

Once you submit your application:

  1. We review it to ensure strong alignment with the program.
  2. Approved families are invited to a short conversation.
  3. If both sides feel it’s the right fit, your child is welcomed into the Foundation Intake.

This conversation is not a sales call.

It’s an opportunity to understand your child’s goals and ensure Player Profile is the right environment for their development.

Foundation places are limited to 50 families for this intake.

Is there any commitment when applying for Foundation Membership?

No.

Submitting an application simply allows us to review alignment and begin a conversation.

There is no obligation to proceed after applying.

We believe long-term development works best when both the family and the program are confident in the fit.
